Your tasks
- You advise and support our clients on any and all data protection subjects combining your expertise with use of our proprietary platform
- You will continuously educate our clients on data protection regulations and compliance requirements keeping all stakeholders up to date with data protection laws
- You will recommend and deliver the measures required for our clients to implement their individual compliance programme using the DataGuard platform as their single source of truth
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing data protection policies procedures and guidelines for clients
- You will conduct data protection impact assessments and risk assessments for clients data processing activities.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and act as a role model and mentor for less experienced colleagues in the team
- You will contribute to the continuous development of our products and business as we continue our drive to deliver excellence to our clients

Profile
- Competent courteous and professional in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Thorough knowledge of UK and EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act
- At least 35 years of professional experience in delivering data protection law and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Qualified Data Protection Officer preferably CIPP/E and/or CIPM
- State examination or comparable degree with a legal focus (business law) or technical background (business/information technology)
- Willingness to perform. High degree of independence. Openminded for new things. Handson mentality.
