Job Summary:
- Provide food and beverage service to members and guests in specified dining areas inside and outside the clubhouse.
- Events include formal banquet events golf outings meetings & special club events.
- Assist with transportation of food setup and breakdown of food stations stocking cleaning and maintaining all beverage & service areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Manager and Supervisor to ensure proper setup of banquets.
- Understand Banquet Event Order.
- Provide quality service of food and beverages for buffet style or plated.
- Clear tables and room to ensure guest comfort.
- Break down and reset rooms.
- Carry trays up to 25 pounds.
- Polish Silverware.
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Serve drinks (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic) to guests as instructed.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
- Must be a team player. Work aside servers other bussers bartenders and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay starting at $15/hr gratuity
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience jobrelated skills and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old to serve.
- Must possess a High School Diploma.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Certifications in Food Handling and Safety as well as BASSET a plus.
- Must be able to speak and read English.
- Have a professional and conservative appearance.
- Previous related experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be able to lift carry and move up to 50 pounds and walk/stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
