JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Stock Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will have full responsibility of effectively managing the stock operations stock room and the team. We are looking for a great manager who will lead the store to greater heights be innovative and creative to support Levi Strauss & Co. mission.
Key parts of the role:
- Full responsibility of the Stock operations in the store
- Ensure stockroom and product are immaculate with an updated sample/rotation rail & new arrivals
- Supervise replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
- Control & supervise all deliveries transfers returns and stock movement operations
- Ensure the stockroom meets Health and safety guidelines
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
- Collaborate and communicate with Store Manager to determine commercial store needs
- When required develop and manage a team & support the Store Manager in the induction training of new employees
- Provide shop floor support to the team

- Passionate about the brand and living our values
- Previous stockroom experience ideally within a managerial role
- Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Ability to lead develop and train your team
- Capable of seeking out & proposing new ways to improve ways of working and productivity
- Adapt to meet the Store operational demands but also support the store team in delivering best in class customer service through stock availability and stockroom efficiency.
