Job Description
We have partnered exclusively with a European Real Estate investor to appoint a Vice President to lead origination efforts across multiple strategies including Residential Commercial Life Sciences and Hospitality.
THE ROLE:
- Supportdeal origination and build and maintain goodrelationships with real estate developers investors and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers
- Lead deal and initiate procedure of credit approval and deal closing
- Initiate in market research cashflowanalysis site inspectionsstructuringpreparing term sheet and documentation process to support real estate related transactions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with major in Finance or any related disciplines
- 68 years relevant experience in real estate finance
- Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients is a plus
