Job Description
Location: Austin TX (hybrid onsite must live in the Austin area for consideration)
Project Length: 1218 months
Our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Administrative Applications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing Learning Management System (LMS) solutions using Articulate Storyline 360 and other tools to drive innovation automation and seamless integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6 years in software engineering or related roles
- 4 years of specific LMS development experience
- 4 years working with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Strong experience in process automation and workflow design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience with WPF C# Java Python and UI frameworks like ReactJS
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and adult learning theory
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancements and define LMS solutions
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve code quality and developer efficiency
- Lead the development of automated workflows ensuring scalability and reliability
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support crossfunctional teams
- Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve system performance
