As a Licensed Assisted Living Director at Shorewood youll offer a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of residents and their families. In this role you have the power to shape the future of the facility advocate for residents needs and contribute to the overall advancement of senior healthcare.Schedule:MondayFriday working 8:00am 4:30pm and requires you to be on call 24/7.
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Housing Health Care or a related field.
- At least three 3)years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a housing service or health related facility; two 2)years of that in a director capacity in one of the services provided in a typical SilverCrest community.
- Previous experienceworking as an Executive Director for an assisted living facility (preferred)
- Licensed Assisted Living Director in Minnesota (required)
