Role: Locum Pharmacy Technician
Banding: Band 6
Location: Kettering
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1st January 2025
Working Pattern: Fulltime 08:30AM 17:00PM 37.5 hours per week
Rate: 23 29 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic Pharmacy Dispensary team in Kettering. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting the dispensary operations ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients. You will assist in the management of medication supplies and inventory. You will support the pharmacy team in delivering highquality services. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualifications:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant certification.
- A minimum of 6 months recent UK NHS hospital or clinical setting experience.
- Experience:
- Excellent team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
