We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Crewe. This role is vital in providing highquality physiotherapy care to patients within the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
What will your responsibilities be
As a Community Physiotherapist you will be responsible for assessing planning and implementing physiotherapy treatments for a diverse caseload of patients. Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments developing individualized treatment plans and providing ongoing support and rehabilitation. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and contribute to the overall improvement of community health services.
