What You Will Be Doing
- To deliver Hotel standards to every guest.
- To be neat and wellgroomed in appearance.
- To monitor spa locker room wellness and pool facilities to ensure linens and supplies are in their appropriate places and to replenish all guest supplies to standard.
- To continually stock spa lockers with guest supplies.
- To assist spa therapists with equipment and supplies for spa.
- To help introduce bathing services to guests.
- Complete shift checklists and special projects as assigned.
- To maintain bathing equipment and sanitation as standard.
- To survey pool area constantly to remove stray linens and arrange furniture to standard.
- To provide excellent guest service and take ownership of guest needs. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner following through to make sure problems are resolved to complete satisfaction.
- To demonstrate multitasking be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the business and maintain a positive and professional demeanor while on duty.
- To support any upgrade and incentive programs that management approves.
- To embrace the comprehensive safety initiatives and all hotel standards.
- To follow all emergency procedures set by Hotel.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and weekend availability are a must.
- Prior hospitality spa or retail experience are a welcome plus.
- Prior experiencepreparing and guiding guests through Mud and Mineral Bath treatments in a Bath House environment.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Occasionally required to handle and move objects weighing up to 40 lbs over short distances.
- Stands and walks throughout shift.
- A passion for guest service and a desire to meet and exceed expectations.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as necessary for the success of the hotel.
- Must be reliable dependable and punctual as scheduled.
