Job Description
Hiring Post: Behavioral Specialist
Position:Behavioral Specialist/BCBA
Location:District Office (Base Site) with travel to school sites

Caseload Information:
We are seeking a flexible candidate who understands that caseloads are fluid and can change. The candidate will travel to various school sites to observe students with behavioral referrals. The district office will serve as the base site.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for behaviorally challenged students.
- Complete observations for behavioral referrals.
- Provide ongoing behaviorrelated training to school staff and parents on proactive behavior intervention strategies deescalation techniques and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles as a means of early intervention.
Experience:
- Preferred:At least 1 year of schoolbased ABA experience.
- Required:At least 1 year of experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism.
Grade Level(s):K12
Pay Rate: $62.50
Mileage:Reimbursed
Billable to Client
License/Credential Requirements:
- Required:Masters degree
- Required:BCBA certification
Additional Information:Candidates will be asked reallife scenariobased questions and are expected to provide examples and elaborate on possible solutions and steps they would implement to resolve issues.
