Position Overview: Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative
The primary function of this role is to sell preventive maintenance service contracts. The responsibilities of a Service Sales Representative include promoting and selling preventive maintenance contracts to clients as well as HVAC and plumbing installation projects or remodels to contractors and end users throughout Kansas. This employee will establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction and service work by scheduling sales calls following up with leads and utilizing marketing strategies. Must be able to build new business associates / relationships and grow the service and construction business.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fastpaced multitasked environment with a focus on sales and customer service. It will require travel to potential/existing customer sites.

Required
High School or GED
Preferred
Bachelors degree or higher
Required
Valid drivers license and excellent driving record.
Knowledge of industry standard practices and HVAC systems familiarity for service and maintenance.
Ideal prospect will have 2 years of experience selling service contracts HVAC industry but we are more than willing to train the right personality
