Job Description

Job Title: Director Global Publications Lead

Introduction to role

Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and of the publication strategy and tactical plan for Oncology global clinical studies in humans from Phase IbIV and nonclinical trial sources including health economics and outcomes research epidemiology realworld evidence (RWE) payer and noninterventional studies.
  • Head the development of scientific clinical and RWE planning data into timely publications for prescribers payers and patients through disease state and medicine insights.
  • Daytoday management of assigned publication plans delivery of outputs financial tracking and meeting activities working closely with all members of the delivery team and external alliances.
  • Lead external agency partners to ensure the accuracy of publication plan and publication results with respect to time quality and cost and ensuring accurate compliance documentation.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Relevant university degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (e.g. PharmD PhD MD)
  • 3 years publications pharmaceutical experience or 5 years in medical communications agency
  • Adept at collaborating across multiple functions and hierarchies to develop and execute longterm strategic publication plans on time and on budget
  • Be independent organized and able to act as a leader in a fastpaced environment
  • Communicate with collaborators regarding the planning and development of publication deliverables
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies industry regulations and ethical standards in all publications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with agency partners

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Therapeutic knowledge in oncology
  • Knowledge of publication management systems
  • Certification as a Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) desired

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 193281..40 USD Annual. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. In addition our positions offer a shortterm incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equitybased longterm incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
