New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a wellestablished multidisciplinary mental health practice with a strong presence in Torrance Westlake Village and Valencia. We are excited to announce our expansion into Palmdale and are looking for dedicated and motivated Associate Psychotherapists to join us as we grow!

What Youll Do:
- Maintain a caseload of 28 active clients providing highquality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals couples and families.
- Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
- Diligently track clients progress and serve as an accountability partner.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
What Youll Need:
- Masters degree in psychology counseling or a related field.
- Completion of at least 1000 postgraduate clinical hours toward licensure.
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Rates:Up to $38$44; increase in semiannual and annual per evaluation
Work Setup: Hybrid one to two days a week to provide in person therapy.
