What Youll Do
- Own the endtoend digital content lifecyclefrom strategy to .
- Personalise user experiences by leveraging data insights and experimentation.
- Build and manage targeted experiences in Adobe Target to drive engagement.
- Use analytics to track performance and continuously optimise content.
- Work crossfunctionally with marketing trading and product teams to align digital strategies.
- Ensure a consistent highquality digital presence across all platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our personalisation game strong.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in digital optimisation content management and personalisation.
- Strong Adobe stack knowledge (Target Analytics AEM)preferred but not essential.
- Expertise in conversion optimisation and web analytics (Adobe Analytics Google Analytics).
- Handson skills in UX/UI website testing and roadmap building for digital experiences.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and other graphicediting tools.
- Solid understanding of XHTML CSS JavaScript JS libraries AJAX JSON and REST APIs.
- Ability to manipulate site code for enhanced journey content and functionality.
