Job Type Parts Counter Sales Associate Full time
Shift: Monday Friday 7 am to 5 pm 40 hour week flexible hours

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) has a new opportunity for a Parts Counter Sales Associate to join the team on fulltime basis. The Parts Counter Sales Associate will offer the region our comprehensive sales and service network supporting a wide range of commercial and municipal vehicle applications fleets and owner operators; offering our services to the largest onhighway heavy duty parts network in New England.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming parts requests for both retail customers as well as technicians
- Promptly and professionally greet customers in person and over the phone
- Ensure accurate and appropriate inventory and billing controls through transactions
- Provide customers with accurate parts lookup and recommendations based on their described needs
- Demonstrate a positive helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and an ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift capability of lifting/moving up to 60 lbs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Requirements Parts Counter Sales Associate
- Must Have Valid State Driver License
- Clean Driving Record
- Understanding of the Automotive or Heavy DutyTruck industry.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and an ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to stand walk and climb.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to to maintain sitting positions throughout the work day
- Frequent moving of equipment and lifting of parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
