Job Summary:
Kline Electric is seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee residential electrical projects including singlefamily homes and multifamily units in our Omaha branch. This role involves managing all aspects of electrical installations for new residential builds remodels and renovations. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning budgeting scheduling and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

This role involves managing all aspects of electrical installations for new residential builds remodels and renovations. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning budgeting scheduling and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee residential electrical projects including multifamily units from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients contractors and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets ensuring all targets are met.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Kline Electrics safety policies and local electrical codes.
- Manage material procurement and ensure that resources are used efficiently.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams including electricians apprentices and subcontractors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problemsolving.
- Prepare and present progress reports to upper management.
- Electrical journeymans license or higher
- Proven experience managing residential electrical projects including multifamily units.
- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
- Strong project management skills including budgeting scheduling and resource management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites within the Omaha region.
