Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for the daily quality assurance project and reporting for Benefits Accounts Funding Operations. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for activities within Audit Support and secondary responsibilities related to Appeals and Exceptions and Loss of Funding initiatives.

This position will require working effectively in a team environment as well independent delivery of daily processes and large projects. The individual must be highly selfmotivated energetic and ready to contribute to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere. Applicants should have experience with selffunded medical plans their funding administration and reporting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with client auditors on preparatory audit duties such as client NDAs claims & operational reporting requests random sample claims pull access request and coordinating with Client Services as appropriate
  • Provide direct support for employer requested audits by collecting data requirements for auditing and coordinating the appropriate access to requested data.
  • Data reconciliation and audit support including financial data reporting and analysis
  • Initiate regular meetings with account managers and attend employers meetings to review interpret and present performance and financial data in a manner designed to meet the needs of multiple stake holders within each employer.
  • Provide TPA and employer onsite reconciliation and audit support as requested.
  • Process participant exception request tickets through to resolution coordinating with Client Services as appropriate
  • Work internal access requests for colleague lockouts and security access updates
  • Drive excellence through process improvement initiatives and ensure proper processes and documentation are in place to cover all operational controls and gaps
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned


Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of benefits operations and/or audit experience
  • Familiarity and understanding of the Acclaim platform claim processing and quality assurance experience preferred
  • Ability to work on assignments that are complex in nature where interpreting documentation and operational flows is required
  • Experience managing projects with a high level of organization and planning skills ability to work the plans report out on progress and make recommendations to checkadjust the approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication analytical/problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completion
  • Proven experience identifying process opportunities and efficiencies
  • Must be a fast learner highly motivated adaptable flexible selfsufficient and able to produce quality results in an evolving fast paced environment
  • The applicant must have advanced knowledge of data analysis and the use of business software including Microsoft Excel Power Point Word and the ability to use databases and other reporting tools

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $55000 $65000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual shortterm incentive bonus.
