Goldfish Swim School is seeking qualified applicants for a Front Desk Representative at our location in Manchester CT.
- Greets visitors and checks students in on the computer system.
- Discusses membership options with prospective families and register new students.
- Answers incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner direct inquiries and messages to the proper staff member.
- Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
- Prepares student schedules for instructors and schedules private parties.
- Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach and followup.
- Provides occasional administrative support for management personnel including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
- One year of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience.
- Intermediate computer skills required with knowledge using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Inperson and Phone Sales experience
