Job Description
Join us as a Community Paramedic and be at the forefront of extending vital healthcare services to our community. In this role youll play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive care to our patients encompassing primary care public health initiatives disease management prevention strategies wellness programs and mental health support.
As a valued member of our team youll assist in treating and caring for patients of all ages ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care in accordance with established policies procedures and standards. Patient safety is our top priority and youll play an essential role in implementing and supporting safety practices to maintain a secure environment for all.

Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $27.65 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $27.65 $41.46 per hour
- Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.

Schedule
- Parttime 48 hours every two weeks.
- Two days per week Working Monday Friday (flexible on days) between 8am 5pm.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a paramedic program.
- Successful completion of a community paramedic course.
- Community Paramedic Certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- NIMMScertification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRT) preferred.
- 2 years EMS experience preferred.
- A driving record in good standing and a valid Minnesota Class D drivers license required
