Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for completing patient registration duties and providing administrative support for assigned area(s). Collects and validates accurate patient demographic and insurance information verifies authorizations and referrals as required and data enters necessary information into registration system. As a Patient Access Representative youll be the first point of contact for patients ensuring seamless registration insurance verification and financial clearance. Your role is vital in creating a positive and efficient experience for our patients while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.
What Youll Do:
Greet and register patients with professionalism and care
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Assist patients with financial responsibilities and payment processing
Maintain knowledge of Medicare Medicaid and thirdparty payer requirements
Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient access
Provide topnotch customer service and maintain confidentiality

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
