Job Description
- Creating and developing data solutions (reports dashboards) and coordinating ad hoc data queries.
- Provides operational support to sales management.
- Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Develops and motivates staff by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales analysis techniques to the sales analyst team to drive results.
- Provides structure framework and processes to enable Commercial organization and Operations to accurately align work demand and capacity.
- Develops and motivates staff by coaching and transferring the knowledge of sales process and technology techniques to the sales process team to drive results.
- Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
- Manages the performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities establishing performance objectives providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Qualifications
- University degree (equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Finance General Business Sales or a related field.
- 8 years relevant experience
- Prefer at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel Data Analytics CRM and Oracle Financial Systems

The estimatedsalary range for this position is $85000. to $95000. and is based on multiple factors including jobrelated knowledge/skills experience geographical location as well as other factors.This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20 of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings 401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide fulltime employees with paid time off including vacation 15 days) holiday including floating holidays 12 days) and sick time off 72 hours).
