PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERINCE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT YOU ARE THE FACE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION OF ALL OF OUR CUSOTMERS
Responsibilities
- CHECKING IN CUSTOMERS
- FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE VEHICLES IN THE SHOP
- SUBMITTING DOCUMENTATIONS FOR ACCURENT PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS CONTRACTS HOLDERS AND KIA THE MANUFACTURER
Qualifications
- 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
