The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB) within the International Card Services (ICS) COE is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by delivering bestinclass premium products capabilities customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. The Global Network Services (GNS) team as part of the IPPB organisation is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of these key enterprise assets for GNS premium products that span across 30 network issuers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager GNS Partnerships & Business Development this Analyst will be responsible for supporting the expansion of our existing loyalty partnerships across our GNS Issuer partners through the product pipeline management governance frameworks and process development. The analyst will also be responsible for creating the framework for partner sourced value benefit partnerships for GNS Issuers monitoring and reporting. In addition they will be the key point of contact for GNS in relation to loyalty partnerships.
It is a unique and exciting role requiring a blended skillset across project management business development & partner management across both ICS and GNS. The successful candidate will be comfortable and confident in creating partnerfacing content to support negotiations influencing key stakeholders (internally and externally and across lines of business) building relationships and delivering results across a matrix organisation all while driving collaboration across ICS COE Global Network Services Travel & Lifestyle Services Technology Marketing Finance Risk Legal Controllership and Operational Excellence.
