Centrex Rehabhas an exciting opportunity for aPhysical Therapy Assistantto work oncallat the Castle Peak facility located in Eagle Colorado. Eagle is located in the recreational ski area between Vail and Glenwood Springs Colorado.The facility has 44 skilled nursing beds and 20 assisted living units.Of the 44 skilled beds 11 beds will be TCU to address more acute needs.

This position and location is eligible for:
