Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient General Cashier to join our team in Guwahati India. As a key member of our finance department you will be responsible for managing cash transactions maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and consolidate daily bank deposits in a timely manner
- Manage cash floats and provide change to personnel as needed
- Perform daily counts of the main house bank and document results
- Assist in the completion of daily cash over and short reports
- Ensure adherence to local and corporate policies and procedures
- Work in a safe prudent and organized manner
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other team members to maintain financial accuracy
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head
