Job Description
The Director of IT Infrastructure Services:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives including the management of data center facilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and data center technicians providing guidance on architecture design best practices and technical direction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance costeffectiveness and operational efficiency of our cloud environments and data center operations.
- Establish and enforce security policies and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks in both cloudbased and physical environments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the development deployment and operation of cloudbased applications and services as well as the maintenance of onpremises infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in cloud infrastructure and data center management.
- Key Result Areas
- Function as an IT Infrastructure liaison for interdepartmental communication.
- Implement develop and maintain: SOP policies and standards.
- Support personal and professional growth of the infrastructure team under your leadership.
- Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related study or 5 years of experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Strong background in Azure Cloud required
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud architecture principles networking concepts and security best practices as well as physical infrastructure management
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of technical professionals.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in cloud infrastructure and data center solutions.
- Experience with PMBOK Agile and/or Scrum methodologies certifications preferred.
- Comfortable challenging the statusquo in an efficient & constructive manner
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Enthusiastic about building a team culture of innovation automation & planful .
- Ability to effectively communicate complex IT concepts simplistically.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Location Requirements:
- This position is located in the Lakewood Ranch FL West Palm Beach FL and or Clearwater FL This is a hybrid position and preference is for the candidate to be in our geography although some remote work will be made available.
