Join Vancouver Clinic as an OnCall Urgent Care RN!
On Call is not eligible for benefits and there is no guarantee of hours. Flexible availability to cover staff shortage and vacations. Available shifts can include evenings and weekends. OnCall requires fulltime onsite training!
**Wage: New hires generally start between $43.60$54.40 per hour and placement in the range is based on evaluation of experience. **Differentials Available: OnCall 5 Saturday/Sunday $2.50 Evening $3.00
Responsibilities include:
Using assessment skills to triage patients according to protocol
Work the RN inbasket for provider inbasket results patient MyChart messages RN call pool routing results referrals.
Ability to perform clinical skills such as IV urinary catheters ear lavage EKG sterile set up injections immunizations pointofcare testing swabbing phlebotomy.
Must work independently and as a team member and be able to wear a mask all day including an N95 in cases where protocol directs.
Need strong interpersonal skills to receive and make phone calls to other departments patients and peers.
Critical thinking skills to use resources and follow protocols and policies and strong time management skills to prioritize workflow.
Requirements:
Active unencumbered Washington or MultiState RN license . required to have active Washington RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multistate licensure
Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider required.
Work independently while functioning as a team member.
Organize and prioritize workflow.
Pay Range:

PTO and Personal Time accruals are prorated by FTE/hours worked. Nonbenefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
