Job Description
Beaver Toyota is seeking a detailoriented Assistant Warranty Clerk to support our growing service department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in ensuring their work is processed timely and accurately. Responsibilities
- Process Warranty Claims Submit and track all Southeast Toyota and thirdparty extended warranty claims (Fidelity TWS and others) promptly and accurately.
- Verify & Document Claims Ensure proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer and distributor requirements.
- Reconcile & Balance Schedules Match warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule and maintain an organized records system.
- Follow Up on Payments Resubmit rejected claims track outstanding claims and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Stay Updated on Recalls & Policies Keep informed of factory recalls technical service bulletins and warranty policies to ensure accurate claim submissions.
- Assist with Additional Tasks Support the Warranty Administrator and Service Manager with other clerical needs as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in warranty processing or service administration preferred.
- Strong attention to detail organization and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
