Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure Data Accuracy & Streamline Processes: Maintain high data quality across CRM Oracle and eCommerce systems overseeing smooth data entry validation and synchronization to keep operations running efficiently.
- Facilitate System Integration: Ensure seamless data exchange and alignment between CRM Oracle and eCommerce platforms to reduce errors and improve workflows.
- Collaborate for Continuous Improvement: Work closely with Sales IT and other teams to optimize processes and drive data solutions across the business.
- Report Train & Support: Generate key insights provide training and troubleshoot data issues to empower teams and support smarter business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer/sales environment with knowledge of CRM/ERP solutions.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills across global teams.
- Analytical with Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP) and a creative problemsolver.
Bonus points if you have:
- A first experience with an ecommerce platform
- Any additional language skills
