Rate of Pay: $33.75 $45.00 per hour (Depending on Years of Experience)
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Fulltime Licensed Practical Nurse Lead Medication Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maryland Correctional Training Center (MCTC) located in Jessup Maryland.
The Lead Medication LPN dispenses and administers oral inhalation and topical medications to patients. This person also takes vital signs assists in examination and treatment and with activities of daily living.
Shift Details: PartTime Day Shift 16 hours/week
Qualifications
- Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of one year of work experience as a LPN in a community outpatient clinic hospital or longterm care facility preferred
- Experience working in corrections preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
