Our client isrecruiting for a Service Assurance Professional to join their team in Uxbridge.

Our clientis an experienced infrastructure team specialising in customercentric deliverywithin the telecommunications sector. Established in 2022 they offer fullturnkey capabilities including project management civils cabling andsplicing with a strong track record across Openreach Virgin Media Hyperopticand Fibre & Wireless networks. Backed by a leadership team with over 15years of industry expertise including former Director roles at Openreach andHyperoptic they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project.



The Position


Job Title:

Apprentice Project Manager

Apprenticeship Course:

Level 4 Business Analyst

Apprenticeship Duration:

18 Months 3 months for EPA

Location:

Uxbridge UB8

Working Hours:

8am 4pm

Salary:

12000 per annum



Role and Responsibilities:


TheService Assurance Professional plays a key role in leading endtoend (E2E)data analytics and insights to enhance customer and stakeholder experience.They are responsible for problemsolving and driving improvement plans forspecific customer programmes. Acting as a service assurance partner theycollaborate closely with customer and desk manager communities to enhanceservice performance.


Thisrole is focused on ensuring that insights and best practices are efficientlyand effectively shared across relevant stakeholder communities. By championinga customerfirst outsidein culture the Service Assurance Professional iscommitted to achieving a positive customer impact and outcome. They mustmaintain the right balance between continuous improvement (constant operationalchange) and service continuity. Additionally they provide local areamanagement teams with effective insights and direction enabling them tointerpret complex service performance data and deploy improvement plans. Byengaging with other Service Assurance Professionals on specific programmesthey help accelerate organisational learning and continuous improvement.


KeyResponsibilities:


Provideeffective service and performance insights along with root cause summaries forcustomers.

Supportservice escalation governance for customers.

Managethe Area Service Assurance Risk Register for specific programmes.

Leadanalytical and creative problemsolving initiatives.

Challengeand negotiate at all operational levels to drive positive outcomes.

Communicateeffectively across all operational levels within the organisation.

Collaborateand influence stakeholders to implement service improvements and enhance customerexperiences.

Buildand maintain strong operational stakeholder relationships.

Workefficiently under pressure reacting quickly to changing customer and businesspriorities.

Utiliselogical and datadriven approaches to problemsolving.

Maintainstructured and wellorganised work practices.

Predictoutcomes and proactively develop scenarios to mitigate business impacts.

Makeinformed decisions in complex and conflicting situations.
