***We are seeking candidates with 1 year minimumRV Sales experience.***


***Youneed a great attitude a talent for dealing with people and a knack for payingattention to even the smallest details.***


Job Responsibilities
  • Understand and implement dealershipsales process
  • Own every aspect of the salesprocess (from new client prospecting to RV delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate RV inventory
  • Review update and manage dailyinventory reports
  • Create and execute strategies forincreasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly planswith sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service IndexGross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain uptodate on productsmarket trends and certification
  • Must be familiar with ClientRelationship Management (CRM) software


*To maximize earningpotential you must be willing to work weekends.*
