Staff Nurse RGN/RMN
21 per hour Day Shifts 36 hours per week
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship
Our client a warm and welcoming nursing home is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide exceptional care and support within their nursing and dementia unit.
As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for delivering highquality personcentred care to residents with dementia and nursing needs. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for elderly care who thrives in a collaborative and nurturing setting.
What Were Looking For
- Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A compassionate patientfocused approach to care
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality clinical care tailored to the needs of residents with nursing and dementia care needs
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practices
- Administer medication safely and assist in care planning
- Build strong relationships with residents families and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote dignity independence and wellbeing for all residents
