Education and/or Experience High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous experience in or 2year or 4year degree in a related field preferred but not necessary. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in AV commercial construction or a related field. Avixa CTS certification preferred.
Language Skills Ability to read analyze and interpret common accounting and technical journals financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively present information to management public groups and/or board of directors. Ability to interact clearly and effectively in both written and oral communication with supervisor clients staff vendors etc. Spanish fluency is a plus.
Mathematical Skills Ability to perform basic mathematical skills including but not limited to addition subtraction multiplication and division. Applies general concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations and to ensure balances are correct. Understanding of accounting concepts including transaction categorization and ability to comprehend and explain financial statements.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail record keeping routine database activity word processing spreadsheet graphics etc. This role requires an aboveaverage knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Other Qualifications Valid drivers license required. Must be able to pass a background check. Previous experience in or knowledge of the following: IP networking knowledge; AV system troubleshooting skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90 percent of the time while operating their computer and performing office work. The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office. They constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine fax machine scanner and printer. They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and others in the office while interacting. The individual must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make necessary adjustments.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this Job the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but can be very loud during system testing. The individual frequently works in a controlled climate.
Occasional travel and overtime hours may be required.
