About The Company
For over 20 years our client has been a leader in tailored commercial furniture solutions helping businesses create inspiring workspaces. Due to rapid growth theyre expanding their team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Rep to join them.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the endtoend sales process for large and small projects from original client enquiries to a successful installation.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Make product recommendations and offer tailored solutions
- Manage highvalue relationships with a range of clients
- Prepare highly detailed quotes and tenders
- Convert enquiries to sales orders
- Project manage production and delivery
- Detail specifications and liaise with suppliers
- Manage data entry in the inventory systems
- Coordinate logistics and the installation of projects
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in administration customer service and/or sales
- Strong computer proficiency including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Any relevant business qualifications (desirable)
- A current drivers licence
