Suites Supervisor Part-Time Allegiant Stadium

You will be responsible for overseeing suitelevel food and beverage operations ensuring an exceptional guest experience for VIP clientele and managing suite attendants during events.

Position Details:

• Shifts include nights weekends and holidays

This role pays an hourly rate of $23.00 to $27.00

This position will remain open until June 6 2025.

• Supervise the suites staff ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards.

• Act as the primary liaison between suite guests kitchen staff and suite attendants.

• Monitor food and beverage presentation replenishment and overall quality.

• Ensure compliance with all health safety and alcohol service regulations.

• Address guest inquiries requests and concerns in a professional manner.

• Assist with setup breakdown and overall cleanliness of the suites.

• Train and mentor suite attendants to enhance service quality.

• Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering suitelevel supplies.

• Maintain a high level of communication with the Suites Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

The qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. • At least 12 years experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak read and write in English.
• Ability to work well in a teamoriented fastpaced eventdriven environment.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain valid food handling certificate and TABC certificate prior to working at Moody Center.
• Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system is required.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends nights and holidays required. Shifts can have a duration of up to 10 hours as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time bend push reach and lift upwards of 50lbs of materials during stocking.
