Senior Director People Business Partner Product & Engineering

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of HR Business Partners to join us and help raise our bar. You will play a pivotal role in shaping HubSpots next chapter by partnering with leaders to achieve our strategic goals.

The ideal candidate in this role will be passionate about learning HubSpots culture how we support our leaders and our strategic goals. In your role you will:

  • Manage a team of 3 experienced People Business Partners and be tasked with creating the operating model for partnerships engagement within the Product Pillar (Product Engineering Design IT)
  • Serve as an advocate and coach for building diverse and inclusive teams while also holding a high bar for performance within your own team
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to our chief executives in Engineering Product Design and IT to develop and execute HR strategies in support of our strategic priorities
  • Guide & coach senior leadership across peoplerelated areas such as talent & performance management employee engagement change management and org design
  • Proactively utilize people trends to identify gaps and deploy people strategies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows
  • Positively collaborate & influence across peers within our broader People team to drive HR initiatives that solve for your clients strategic needs

Were looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys pivoting from strategic problem solving to strong (known to roll up their sleeves to get the job done)
  • Has multiple years of HRBP experience in a highgrowth tech company specifically supporting technical leaders as their primary stakeholder
  • Is curious and wants to challenge orthodoxy



Cash compensation range:USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary ontarget commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
