Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Architecture Manager to lead our data architecture team and drive our data strategy forward. As the Senior Data Architecture Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our data architecture to support our business objectives. You will lead a team of data architects and engineers collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design implement and optimize data solutions that enable datadriven decisionmaking enhance data quality and ensure data security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives.
• Data Architecture: Lead the design and maintenance of the organizations data architecture including data models data warehouses and data pipelines.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies ensuring data integrity quality and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data architects and engineers providing guidance support and opportunities for skill development.
• Data Integration: Oversee the development of ETL processes and data integration solutions to ensure data flows seamlessly across systems.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging data technologies and assess their potential impact on the organizations data architecture.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize data systems and architecture for performance scalability and costefficiency.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations implementing security measures and access controls.
• Project Management: Manage data architecture projects from initiation to completion including resource allocation budgeting and timelines.
• Reporting: Generate and present reports on data architecture performance project status and key metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Proficiency in data modeling data warehousing and database design concepts.
• Strong knowledge of data governance data quality and data security best practices.
• Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Handson experience with database technologies both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
