We are seeking a selfmotivated collaborative Senior Customer Marketing Manager ideally in Miami or the East Coast to contribute as a strategic stakeholder on our customer marketing team. In this role you will lead the development and optimization of our customer marketing campaigns designed to drive customer retention expansion and engagement across our solution portfolios. You will work crossfunctionally with Customer Success Solutions and Product Marketing Sales and Product teams to create impactful campaigns for our customers.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and expansion with product adoption renewals upsells and customer engagement.
  • Support new product and app launches by creating targeted activation plans for customers.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Customer Success Sales and Solutions Marketing to identify key customer audiences and target message.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with both business objectives and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Work closely with Demand Generation to ensure campaigns are cohesive and integrated across both prospect and customer audiences.
  • Manage the endtoend campaign including planning timelines content creation enablement and performance reporting.
  • Oversee campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data A/B testing and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS customer marketing demand generation customer success or similar role.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead crossfunctionally.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated eager to take initiative and driven by a passion for helping others gain clarity and understanding.
  • Ability to think strategically handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
