Job Description
Real Estate Administrator needed for R.J. Corman Group in Nicholasville KY. Central function of position will be assisting with the processing of real estaterelated documents.
Job Requirements:
- Provide and review application packets for third party occupations provide agreements and coordinate projects.
- Payables and receivables.
- Scan agreements file maintain leases update spreadsheets and information in Lease Database System.
- Prepare correspondence and basic agreements.
- Provide property information to the field personnel regarding structures right of way lines ownership of property etc.
- Provide Public Project information packets obtaining certificates of insurance and track projects.
- Assist in other projects as needed.
The preferred candidate should have a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Person should have good Microsoft Word and Excel skills and an attention to detail. Good written communication skills and ability to multitask. A basic understanding of real estate and leases is a plus.
