Job Description

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.This position will require strong organizational skills and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.Duties include servicing existing clients (telephone calls endorsements cancellations reinstatements etc. quoting new & existing clients upselling and re marketing of renewals as necessary.

Requirements:RIBO LicenseCommunity College or University Degree an assetStrong customer service orientationStrong organizations skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and writtenPositive and confident attitudeAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with clientsAble to work individually and as part of a teamProfessional appearance and telephone mannersProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel); company portals
