Job Description
Missoula Motor Company is looking for an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate is driven highly motivated and looking to join a fastpaced industry with longterm career opportunities. This candidate will be responsible for the installation of auto glass and windshields on inventory and sold customer vehicles.

Responsibilities
Perform auto glass replacement and repairs to meet company standards
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation efficiently
Install windshields and other auto glass in a mobile setting
Provide excellent customer service ensuring satisfaction with every job
Process payments for mobile customers
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in auto glass repair and replacement
Ability to work independently
Clean driving record and background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs independently and maneuver around vehicles safely during installations
Capable of standing walking bending and performing tasks that involve grasping pulling and turning for extended periods
Willingness to work in various weather conditions (hot/cold) as needed
