Job Description

CAPITAL is seeking a reliable and customerfocused Wholesale Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver automotive parts to our customers promptly and safely while providing exceptional service. In this role you will safely operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts to customers in a timely manner following designated routes and schedules.

Wholesale Parts Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts and supplies from delivery vehicles ensuring accuracy and proper handling of items
  • Verify the accuracy of orders and invoices before delivery addressing any discrepancies with the appropriate personnel
  • Collect payments for delivered parts as needed maintaining accurate records of transactions
  • Communicate effectively with the parts department and other team members to ensure smooth coordination of deliveries and efficient workflow
  • Ability to maintain and build lasting relationships with multiple shops.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and report any accidents violations or incidents to the appropriate supervisor
  • Other duties assigned

Wholesale Parts Delivery Driver Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying orders and invoices
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings weekends or overtime hours as needed
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and components is a plus
  • Must pass preemployment background screenings
