What Will You Get To Do:
- Manage all daytoday marketing activities for OEM customers including project management product portfolio management Sales support program development packaging development and implementation
- Create and manage sales tools that promote KV development and manufacturing capabilities to capture new accounts
- Develop strategic plans by vertical market
- Conduct qualitative/quantitative research to identify and penetrate new markets/verticals
- Develop market information to support business strategy including competitor analysis (product lines and positioning new introductions capabilities SWOT etc. market size trend and share analysis for key product categories and channels. Additionally there will be a need to understand key enduse product trends to guide new product development
- Lead product development for OEM products including product development strategy idea generation and innovation processes internal and external resource management timeline and product protocol adherence and product launch
- Collaborate with appropriate internal sales engineering and operations managers to build and execute initiatives
- Leads project teams
- Manage product portfolio and profitability
- Support sales with customer calls as needed
- Provide trade show support
- Develop sales support material to drive factbased selling efforts
- Mentor others to ensure organizational success
What Will You Bring:
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B product line strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Engineering or related field
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite ERP systems Outlook Project Management/Reporting software
- Must be able and willing to work 100 onsite
