About the Team
Join our global team responsible for delivering quality HR administration. Collaborating with departments like Global Mobility Recruitment Trainee Development Reward and Payroll our team covers daytoday HR operations and continuous process improvements.
You will be responsible for:
Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries in Warsaw.
Supporting the onboarding process including agenda setting and document preparation.
Maintaining employee personal files including creation scanning and archiving.
Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Using your initiative to flag issues or concerns to the team leader.
Apply if you:
Are a High School graduate or higher ideally pursuing Human Resources or a Psychology degree.
Demonstrate excellent customerfocused and serviceoriented skills.
Are proficient in English (min. B2 level) and Polish (min. C1 level).
Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Show initiative and problemsolving abilities under pressure.
Can dedicate min. 30 hours per week for the internship. This internship is paid per hour.

Warsaw office 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week)
