**Key Responsibilities:**
Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals in a friendly and professional manner.
Process rental agreements and handle transactions efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of our fleet and promote available vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer pickup.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
**Qualifications:**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Previous experience in customer service or rental car industry is a plus.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
