North Phoenix mid sized hotel is seeking a person skilled in carpentry painting plumbing pool/spa maintenance and minor electrical.
- This position will be inside hotel rooms inside common areas of the hotel and outside on the grounds of the property
- Will perform work outdoors at the pool and spa area and parking lot lights as needed. some minor irrigation repairs may be necessary
- Work in hotel rooms hotel public areas and back office areas repairing and replacing items as necessary
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Perform work in a timely and efficient manner
- Flexible shift 7AM3 or 4pm11
- Must be able to work outdoors in hot/cold weather
- Able to lift stand carry tools and equipment
- Pull trash from around hotel able to lift heavy weight up to head level
- Have some previous experience in carpentry painting plumbing pool/spa care and electrical work
- General maintenance and repair knowledge
- Lift push pull or move up to 75 lbs
- Walk extensively ability to walk stairs
- Able to work as a team with a positive attitude
