Jiffy Lube Multicare center seeks an experienced service advisor to build & maintain relationships with customers in order to grow the business.
Service Advisors are key players in developing positive customer relationships & to promotesales through communication of immediate & future needs found based on the inspections performed. We aim to provide a superior experience to customers through professional communication & follow up on their repair status & charges.

Qualifications
The Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer position requires previous experience world class customer service sales abilities&excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
As an JLMC Service Advisor youll work in a fastpaced and specialized service environment responsible for creating a positive guest experience educating guests on automotive services & repairs customer retention &providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing guests with detailed service recommendations based on manufacturer and industry standards assisting with technical & service questions as well as to obtain theguests authorizations toperformed additional services & repairs. Service advisors must be knowledgeable of Jiffy Lube products & services to answer questions & to communicate any special circumstances that may impact their overall satisfaction. All staff must complete therequired training courses for safety brand standards & service proceduresthrough Jiffy Lube University. Service Advisors are also responsible for keeping the store clean safe and presentable.
Requirements
Automotive Service advisor or Service writer experience (at least 1 year)
Experience with All Data or a similarautomotive repairsystem is a plus
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Must have a positive attitude with astrong work ethic
Must be able to lift and move workrelated items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to push pull lift and bend at the knees and waist
Have a valid drivers license & beauthorized to work in the US
Education
High School Diploma or GED
