We are looking for energetic customer service oriented careerminded individuals to join our successful team. As a Lawn Care Technician you are out in the field visiting residential and/or commercial clients and will be responsible to service lawns in your route as you apply fertilizer treat weeds and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. You will also be responsible for accurately measuring lawns providing quotes and/or lawn analysis and making field sales. Performing lawn care needs. Lawn Technicians also offer customers additional products and services that may be beneficial which presents a great opportunity to earn commissions.
We would love to have you as part of our team if you:
- Have a valid drivers license with a clean record.
- /Pesticide and/or Mosquito Control Certification preferred willing to train and certify the right candidate.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions including Saturday as needed.
- 1 year of experience in Pest Control and/or Lawn Care (preferred) though we will train an individual who displays our Core Values.
- Have the ability to monitor product usage and quality control.
- Interacting with customers and ensuring topofthe line service.
- Enjoy training new team members.
- Work independently as a member of a team.
