Qualifications youll bring:
- Enrolled in an associate bachelors or graduate degree program
- Academic Standing: must be in good academic standing
- GPA Requirement: minimum GPA 3.0
- The availability to work fulltime hybrid and local travel
- Ability to listen to customer needs and address objections
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Bilingual preferred
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Learn how to communicate effectively with customers team members and leaders.
- Assist in selling products listening to customer needs and addressing objections.
- Understand the sales process including prospecting territory development lead generation and closing sales.
- Gain product knowledge and a better understanding of government programs.
- Get handson experience using CRM software.
- Develop skills in negotiation problemsolving time management and teamwork.
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
